Fixed Price Model

When project specifications, scopes, deliverable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined .Project is executed on a fixed-price, fixed-time billing basis. Engagement may be fixed on final specifications, and pre agreed certain level of flexibility. This engagement type places full responsibility for all costs on Truelogic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This model is suitable for small or mid size projects.

During fixed-price projects, we focus on making staged deliveries of working code throughout fixed-price projects in order to provide our customers with clear evidence of progress and visibility of the end solution, matched by rigorous and well-documented testing processes, and post-live warranty periods

Time & Material Model

When scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the outset and are undergoing changes, a Time & Material Model becomes an attractive option Time and Material Model is suitable for the scalable projects where the team size and total efforts can not be estimated in advance. It provides the flexibility to manage the team size and total efforts. This model follows a strict project management and reporting practices where task sheets are generated on a daily / weekly basis for each person working on the project. The time line for a phase/sprint varies from 15 days to one month depending upon the overall project size.
